Biddle Law Firm, P.A. provides counsel in all areas of real estate and corporate law. Our primary practice focuses on serving sellers and buyers of real estate, landlords, tenants, borrowers, lenders, owners, developers and joint ventures in most aspects of real estate transactions and business formations. Our secondary practice focuses on assisting clients with last will and testaments, living wills, durable powers of attorney, name changes, uncontested domestic matters, juvenile criminal matters, minor traffic violations, and other summary court (magistrate/municipal) civil and criminal matters.
